Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical goods sold or supplied by Brentworth LLC. Repair labor, diagnostic time, approved modification labor, and completed service work are handled differently from retail goods and are addressed below.

Repair Services and Diagnostics

Diagnostic work, repair labor, recovery attempts, approved modification labor, and completed service work are generally non-returnable once the work has been performed.

If the original repaired symptom returns, or an approved modification-installation issue appears, within the applicable 12-month limited workmanship warranty period, Brentworth LLC will review the claim under the Service Policy rather than treating it as a standard retail return.

Eligible Returns for Physical Goods

Unused, uninstalled, and resalable physical goods may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery or pickup if Brentworth LLC authorizes the return first.

  • The item must be in original condition with all included accessories, packaging, and documentation when relevant.
  • Proof of purchase or order information is required.
  • Return approval should be requested before shipping anything back.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be returned because they lose value immediately when opened, installed, programmed, or custom ordered.

  • Installed parts and completed repair work
  • Special-order or custom-order items
  • Consumables, adhesives, cut-to-fit materials, and special-use components
  • Items returned damaged, altered, or incomplete

Fees, Shipping, and Refund Timing

Original shipping, rush handling, and any third-party processing costs already incurred are generally non-refundable. Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15 percent when disclosed at approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Brentworth LLC shipped the wrong item or an item arrived materially damaged due to Brentworth LLC’s error.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

If a shipped part or product arrives damaged, incorrect, or immediately nonfunctional, Brentworth LLC should be notified as soon as reasonably possible and ideally within 5 business days of receipt.

Brentworth LLC may request photos, packaging details, serial numbers, or troubleshooting information before approving replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method unless another lawful method is required or agreed to in writing.

Processing times after approval may depend on payment provider timing and bank policies outside Brentworth LLC’s control.
