Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes what Brentworth LLC collects through this website and through repair-related communications, how that information is used, and how California-specific disclosures are handled.

Effective dateApril 1, 2026

Information Brentworth LLC Collects

Brentworth LLC may collect information you provide directly, information created during a repair inquiry, and limited technical data generated by your use of the website.

Cookies, Do Not Track, and Global Privacy Control

This website may use limited technical tools such as session handling, security logging, or basic analytics features needed to operate and improve the site. It is not intended to track users across third-party websites for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Brentworth LLC does not currently rely on legacy “Do Not Track” browser signals as a separate operational standard. However, because Brentworth LLC does not intend to sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, those signals should not materially change site behavior today.

If Brentworth LLC later becomes subject to California opt-out obligations relating to the sale or sharing of personal information, it will update this policy and honor required mechanisms such as Global Privacy Control where applicable.

Retention and Security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for repair operations, records, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax or accounting needs, and legal compliance.

Brentworth LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the size and nature of the business. No system can promise absolute security, and customers should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information through web forms.

California Privacy Disclosures

California Business and Professions Code section 22575 requires a commercial website that collects personally identifiable information from California residents to conspicuously post a privacy policy and disclose categories of information collected, categories of third parties with whom it may be shared, how material changes are communicated, the policy effective date, and how the site responds to certain browser privacy signals.

Some California rights created by the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act apply only to businesses that meet the coverage thresholds in California Civil Code section 1798.140(d). Brentworth LLC may not currently meet those thresholds. If Brentworth LLC becomes a covered business, this policy will be updated as needed to reflect applicable rights and request procedures.

Even when not legally required to do so, Brentworth LLC aims to respond in a commercially reasonable manner to good-faith requests about personal information held in connection with repair inquiries and website interactions, subject to verification, recordkeeping needs, and legal limits.

Changes and Questions

Brentworth LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Until a dedicated policy or privacy email address is published, privacy questions or requests may be submitted through the contact method currently published on the website. If using the repair intake form for a privacy question, note “Privacy Request” or “Policy Question” in the message so it can be routed appropriately.
